Audience, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent voice and audio solutions for mobile devices, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,270,180 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17 per share. The common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on May 10, 2012 under the ticker symbol “ADNC.”
A total of 5,000,000 shares are being offered by Audience and 270,180 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, Audience has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 790,527 additional shares of common stock from Audience. Audience will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
