Job Title
Manager of IC Quality and Reliability Engineering
Job Description
Audience is seeking a Manager of IC Quality and Reliability Engineering with extensive experience in these areas to help establish the company as a provider of world class semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have built a QA/Reliability department for one or more fabless IC companies with a charter to work with suppliers to assess the reliability of new products and establish a high quality manufacturing process, while interacting with customers as the corporate “face of Quality”. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead development of the Quality Management System at Audience
- Drive ISO9001 certification activities
- Provide customer-facing quality leadership
- Manage RMA process, coordinate failure analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate/perform supplier auditing
- Plan and coordinate new product qualification
- Establish and oversee Audience document control system
Experience, Skills and Education Required
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 15 years experience in the semiconductor business, with a minimum 5 years in Quality and Reliability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in establishing quality management systems and document control activities
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, SPC, and supplier auditing
- Experience in reliability and failure analysis, ability to set up reliability tests, calculate FIT rates, perform periodic monitors, etc.
